01Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and LuvrAI Art. They apply every time you visit, whether you read one page or the whole gallery, and regardless of the device you use. Specific pages may carry additional notices, which form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference.

02Eligibility: adults only

The site shows sexually explicit AI-generated imagery. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and if viewing adult content is legal where you are. By continuing you confirm both.

If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for keeping adult content out of their reach, for example with parental-control software or separate user profiles.

03What the site is

LuvrAI Art is an informational gallery and style guide about AI companion pictures. We explain styles, lighting and wording, show example images and link to a third-party service, GoLove, where you can create pictures of your own. We do not provide an AI generator, chat, accounts or payments, and we cannot access or manage any account you hold elsewhere.

Content on the site is general and editorial. It describes visual styles, lighting setups and ways of phrasing a picture request. It is not a description of any specific user's account, and it does not promise that a feature will be available to you in your country or on your plan.

04AI-generated content

Every image on the site is created with artificial intelligence and depicts fictional adult characters. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Images are examples of style and do not guarantee what any service will produce for you.

Style notes and example wording are offered as general guidance. How a given AI service interprets a request can change at any time as the provider updates its models.

05Affiliate relationship

Links to GoLove are affiliate links. If you register or buy through them, we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not change what you pay. It is how the site is funded, and it is the only commercial relationship behind the site.

06Third-party services

GoLove and any other external site are operated by independent companies. Their terms, prices, content rules and privacy practices are their own. We are not a party to any agreement you make with them and are not responsible for their service, availability, content moderation or billing.

Questions about subscriptions, refunds or account deletion must go to the provider directly; we have no ability to act on accounts we don't operate.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy the site at scale, scrape it or mirror it elsewhere;
• use the site's content to create material involving minors, real people's likeness without consent, or anything illegal where you live;
• attempt to break, overload or probe the site's security;
• present images from this site as photographs of real people;
• use automated tools to follow affiliate links or generate artificial traffic.

We may block access from networks or tools that break these rules, without notice. Reporting a security problem to support@luvrai.art in good faith is always welcome and is not a breach of these terms.

08Intellectual property

The text, layout, style notes and selection of images on luvrai.art are protected. You may share links to any page and quote short passages with a link back. Other reuse, including republishing images or style guides, needs our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use our name, logo or monogram. If you would like to feature our style notes in an article or video, ask first at support@luvrai.art; we usually say yes to non-commercial uses with a visible credit.

09Takedown and DMCA requests

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights or depicts you, email support@luvrai.art with:

• the address of the page and a description of the material;
• the right you believe is infringed and why;
• your contact details and a statement that the information is accurate.

We review every request and remove material promptly where the request is valid.

10No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep information about third-party services accurate, but features and prices change without notice to us, so we cannot guarantee that every statement is current or that the site will always be online. Always check the provider's own site before paying.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, LuvrAI Art is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.

If you are dissatisfied with the site, your sole remedy is to stop using it. Because the site is free and sells nothing, our total liability to you for any claim related to it is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero.

12Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in effect.
