01Who we are

LuvrAI Art is an independent, informational affiliate website about AI companion art and photo styles. It is not an app, does not generate images and does not host user accounts. The site is a set of static pages: there is no database behind it, no login and no area where visitors can upload anything.

For any privacy question or request, write to support@luvrai.art. That address reaches the people who run the site directly.

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers luvrai.art and its subpages only. Once you follow a link to another website — including GoLove, the service we recommend — that website's own privacy policy applies. It will usually cover account data, chat history, generated images and payments, none of which ever pass through us.

We encourage you to read the other service's policy before creating an account there, especially the parts about how long chats and pictures are kept and how to delete them.

03Information we collect

We do not offer sign-up, comments, newsletters or contact forms, so we never ask for your name, email, payment details or photos. The only data involved in a visit is technical:

• Server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type, and the referring page.
• Emails you send us, if you choose to write to support@luvrai.art. We use them only to reply.

We do not build profiles, combine data from other sources or try to identify individual visitors.

04Cookies and similar technologies

LuvrAI Art does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use browser storage to follow you between pages. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request under Google's own privacy terms.

Your browser may keep its own cache of our files to load pages faster; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings without affecting anything on our side.

05Analytics

At the time of writing we do not run third-party analytics scripts on this site. Aggregate traffic figures, where we see them at all, come from our hosting provider and from search-engine tools that report anonymised totals such as page views and search queries, not individual visitors.

If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this section before the change goes live and describe what it collects and how to opt out.

06Affiliate links and the /go redirect

Buttons such as “Create yours” point to luvrai.art/go, which redirects you to GoLove with a referral code that identifies our site, not you. We do not attach your IP address, email or any personal identifier to that link, and we do not receive personal information back from GoLove.

What we may see is an aggregated report of how many sign-ups or purchases came from our referral code, which is how commissions are calculated. GoLove may set its own cookies after you arrive, under its own policy.

07How and why we use data

Technical logs are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, detect abuse such as scraping or attacks, and fix errors. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Emails you send us are processed to answer you, on the basis of your request.

We never sell data, never use it for advertising and never share it except with the hosting provider that physically serves the site, or where the law requires us to.

08Retention

Hosting logs are kept for the short period our provider needs for security and operations, and are then deleted or anonymised. Emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request, and in any case no longer than twelve months unless the law requires otherwise.

We do not keep backups of visitor data because there is no visitor data to back up. Copies of the site itself contain only pages and images, never logs or messages.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data about you, to object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information; we do not sell personal information.

To use any of these rights, email support@luvrai.art. Because we hold almost no identifiable data, we may ask for details such as the date and approximate time of your visit to find the relevant log entries. We answer within 30 days.

10International transfers

Our hosting provider and font provider operate servers in several countries, including the United States. When you open the site, technical data such as your IP address may be processed outside your own country. Where the GDPR applies, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework. You can ask us at support@luvrai.art which provider processes what.

11Adults only

This site contains adult content and is intended only for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us and we will delete the message.

12Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict transport security, standard security headers and no user database that could leak. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but keeping almost no data is the strongest protection we can offer.

13Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and significant changes will be described at the top of the page for at least a month. Questions, requests and complaints: support@luvrai.art.
